FILM / TV PROGRAM APPLICATION FOR 2023


Application Requirements


ALL REQUIRED MATERIALS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH YOUR APPLICATION FOR IT TO BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE. ONLY COMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Deadline

Application must be submitted by Thursday, December 1, 2022.

Age

You must be 21 years of age by the time the Program begins (June 2023).

Citizenship

You must be a United States citizen or permanent resident.

Resume

Provide complete professional history in the form of an attached resume. Your resume should include all of the following information unless an item is not applicable. Resume must be uploaded in the PDF format.

  1. Complete work experience with employer, title, responsibility, dates, reasons for changing employers and explanations for any gaps.
  2. Complete academic history with name of institution, major/minor/concentration, degree, grade point average, awards and honors – do not send transcripts.
  3. Special technical training, education or certification you have completed.
  4. Computer Skills.
  5. Languages spoken.
  6. Extracurricular interests/activities or other related information.

Letters of Recommendation

Submit at least two, and up to five, original signed and dated (electronic signatures are ok) letters of recommendation from individuals who know you in a professional capacity. Letters should speak to your potential for success as an Assistant Director. Letters must be submitted in the PDF format. LETTERS RECEIVED SEPARATELY FROM THE APPLICATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Essay Questions

Write essays in response to each of the questions on the application. Essays can be written in the word processing software of your choice and then copied and pasted into application. You can use up to 350 words per essay.
